GUARANTEE PROGRAM

Battery Services International is committed to customer service excellence. This is why all of our customers can benefit from our comprehensive guarantee program. We offer three types of guarantees: money back, battery return, and equipment guarantee.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

This guarantee applies only to purchased batteries and the BSI “Genesis Rejuvenation Technology". This program includes an unprecedented 100%25 satisfaction with a 30-day money back guarantee. No questions asked! Take 30 days to be sure that our batteries and our Genesis Rejuvenation Technology are of great service quality. If it isn't, just send your battery back for a full refund. We will either replace the battery or re-service it at no cost to you.

Battery Guarantee

All BSI batteries are covered by a Battery Return Guarantee. We will replace any battery if it fails to perform for an additional 18 months after it is serviced with our BSI rejuvenation system. This guarantee’s only condition is that is based on the battery not having a resurgence of sulfation. If a battery dies due to sulfation we will treat the battery again for free.

Exception to the guarantee

Batteries returned with interior damage are not covered by our guarantee. BSI guarantee is intended to cover only rejuvenation of the battery. If a battery dies due to sulfation after service by any of our battery shops, that battery merits new service or replacement. If the battery comes with mechanical damage after being serviced by a BSI shop, it is not covered by our guarantee program.

Equipment Guarantee

Battery Services International guarantees that all equipment will be free of material or workmanship defects for a period of six months from the date of purchase when placed under normal operating conditions.

Return Process

If a customer informs BSI during the warranty period that the hardware does not conform to its warranty, we will provide factory repair and return it to the customer within 10 business days from the day we receive the product.

Repairs and Replacements

Upon receipt of returned goods and at our discretion, BSI will either repair or replace the non-conforming hardware. Hardware replaced under the related warranty terms may either be refurbished or substituted with new equipment at our discretion.
